ABAVault is a work tool for staff at ABA therapy practices. How you get help depends on who you are, so start in the right place.
Start with your practice administrator. They control your account, your permissions, your schedule and the client records you can see. Almost everything that goes wrong day to day, a forgotten password, a missing client, a schedule that looks incorrect, a form you cannot submit, is something they can fix faster than we can, because they hold the settings.
If your administrator cannot resolve it, or the app itself is misbehaving, write to us at the address below and copy your administrator so they know.
When you write, tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and roughly when. If you can, add the version of the app, which you will find at the bottom of the Settings screen, and whether you are on iPhone, iPad or Android. That detail is usually the difference between one email and five.
Please do not send us client information. A description of the problem is enough, and screenshots of a client record contain protected health information that does not need to leave your practice’s systems.
Write to us directly. Billing, user accounts, permissions, data questions, integrations and anything about your agreement all come to the same address.
Contact the practice that provides your therapy. The records in ABAVault belong to that practice, and they hold the relationship with you. We store and process those records on their behalf, and we are not able to release, correct or discuss them with anyone other than the practice itself. This is not us being unhelpful, it is how the agreements and the law are structured.

The mobile app has its own privacy policy covering what it collects, where that goes and what is stored on your device. It is worth reading if you use the app for visits in the field, because the section on location is specific.
