The four questions families call to ask.

Who is coming Thursday, what did we work on, what do I owe, and where do I sign. The caregiver portal answers all four, so a family can look instead of calling.

Sessions, attendance and progress, without a phone call

Families see the sessions on their calendar, the attendance behind them, and how their child is doing against the goals their BCBA is actually tracking. The progress they see comes from the same target data the clinical team collects, so nobody is maintaining a second version of the truth for parents.

  • Upcoming and past sessions, with attendance
  • Goal progress read straight from the clinical record
  • Announcements from the practice, in one place

Signatures you can find again

Consents, intake paperwork and forms are sent to the portal and signed there. Consent is its own recorded event with its own evidence rather than a tick buried in a document, which matters on the day somebody asks what exactly a family agreed to and when.

  • Documents to sign, and a record of the ones already signed
  • Forms with the practice's own questions, filled in by the family
  • Immunization records and files families need to hand over
Why this sits inside the platform: a portal bolted on from somewhere else keeps its own copy of the client list, so a phone number goes stale in one place and not the other, and somebody has to remember to switch the family off in both when they leave. The caregiver portal signs in against its own identity pool, separate from staff, and reads the same records your team is already keeping.

Messages that stay in the record

Families message the practice in the portal rather than texting a technician's personal phone. The conversation is attached to the client, so the next person to pick it up can see what was already said.

Balances families can pay

Patient responsibility flows to the portal, where families see a statement and pay by card. The payment posts straight to the client ledger, so nobody reconciles a spreadsheet against a card processor at the end of the month.
