ABAVault™ exists for the practices the enterprise platforms price out, the owner-operators doing clinical work in the morning and payroll at night.
Most ABA software started as either a clinical tool or a billing tool, then bolted the other half on, and left HR out entirely. ABAVault was built as one platform: the data your RBTs collect flows into the notes your BCBAs sign, the sessions they verify flow into the claims your biller submits, and the hours they clock come out as a payroll-ready file for the service you already run. That removes the re-keying between three systems and the separate HR subscription.
We have not set a price yet, and we are not going to invent one to look decisive. ABAVault is in beta: practices run it free while we learn what it actually costs to serve them, and nobody sees a bill without 30 days written notice first. Publishing a number before we understand our own cost of service would only give us two bad options later, raising it on the people who trusted us early or holding it and starving the product they depend on.
And we take the trust part seriously: role-gated permissions on every capability, audit logs on every action, tenant isolation on every query, and AI that drafts but never signs.
The rest of this page is a form, because the fastest way to evaluate us is a conversation. But if you want to evaluate us without talking to anyone first, that path exists too, on purpose: the interactive tour lets you collect data and watch it become a claim, the Practice Checkup estimates what your current setup costs you, and the pricing page explains why we have not set a number yet. We built the whole site the way we built the product: assuming you are busy and tired of being sold to.
Software can draft, calculate, flag, and remind. It cannot exercise clinical judgment, and it should never pretend to. Every AI-generated word in ABAVault arrives as a draft with its provenance recorded, waiting for a human signature.
We would rather say the pricing is unsettled than publish a number we walk back. When we do set it, you will see it 30 days before it applies to you, because a price you find out about at a renewal date is a price designed to move.
An "integration" between your clinical tool and your billing tool is a bridge between two sources of truth, and bridges fail on Fridays. Our authorization tracking, PTO coverage flags, and billing-gap radar only work because everything lives in one place.
Clean, complete exports on request, at any time, for any reason, including leaving us for a competitor. We'd rather earn your renewal every quarter than rely on the cost of leaving. We put this in writing because the industry default is the opposite.
The person who uses ABAVault most is not the owner who bought it; it is an RBT holding a phone in one hand mid-session, possibly in a basement with no signal. Every interface decision starts there.
We are a young company, and we say so. What we lack in testimonial walls we make up for in access: the people who answer your questions are the people who wrote the code.
We are not booking demo calls yet, because ABAVault is in beta and we would rather spend the time on the practices going into it. Two things you can do instead, both of which need nothing from us.
If you have a question neither of those answers, the beta application has a free-text field and we do read it.
