ABAVaultâ„¢ is built and running: clinical data collection, billing, HR and payroll export, the whole thing in one system. The beta starts on Oct 1, 2026. Applications are open now, and the platform is free for the whole beta.
Apply for beta access Take the tour firstApplications are open today, and the beta starts on Oct 1, 2026. We held off putting a date on this page until we had one we would not have to move.
What we were waiting for is worth understanding, because it is the same thing you would want us to be careful about. A practice running on ABAVault is putting real client records into a live system, which makes that protected health information and makes us your business associate. The business associate agreement and the beta terms both had to be right before a single record goes in, not signed off in a hurry afterwards. Our lawyers have finished with them.
Apply and you are in the queue. If it is a fit, we will agree a start date for your practice with you, and you are not committed to anything by applying.
Three things. They go in your agreement, not just on this page.
Not a trial with a clock on it. The entire platform, every module, no card on file and no invoice, for as long as the beta runs. The beta months are never invoiced afterwards either.
We have not set our pricing. When we do, you get it in writing 30 days before it applies to your practice, so you can run the numbers and decide rather than find out at a renewal date.
If the number does not work for you, we hand you clean exports of everything: clients, notes, programs and data points, claims, staff records, documents. Standard formats, not a PDF dump. No exit fee.
Three things, and only the first one is really a requirement.
Being in beta changes what we charge you, not how your clients' records are handled. We sign a business associate agreement before your first login, and the controls behind it are on the security page: encryption at rest and in transit, per-role permissions, full audit logging, and tenant isolation that keeps your practice's records unreachable from any other practice on the platform.
Our BAA terms are on the BAA page. We sign it with your practice before your first login.
Practices between roughly 15 and 150 active clients get the most out of it. Big enough that the problems are real, small enough that we can support you properly while the cohort is small.
It fits best if at least two of these are true: you are paying a full seat licence for every RBT you hire, you are running a second system for clinical data or a third for HR, your billing backlog outlasts every catch-up sprint, or PTO lives in a spreadsheet someone is quietly afraid of.
If you want to see the platform before you talk to anyone, the interactive tour lets you collect data and watch it turn into a claim, and the Practice Checkup estimates what your current setup is costing you.
Applying does not commit you to anything. If it is a fit we will come back to you with a date, walk through what moving your data would involve, and get the paperwork signed before you log in.
* means we need an answer to consider the application. Everything else is optional.
Please do not include client names, dates of birth, or any protected health information in this form. It is a contact form, not a clinical system.
Oct 1, 2026. Each practice's own start is agreed with them, because the business associate agreement and the beta terms have to be signed before any real client data goes into the platform. Apply now and you are in the queue for the first cohort.
No fixed date on that either. What we will commit to is the notice: when we set a price you get it in writing 30 days before it applies to you, and the beta months themselves are never invoiced retroactively.
We have not decided, and we are not going to put a number on this page before we are confident in it. You will see the finished price list 30 days before it applies to your practice, and if it does not work for you, you leave with your data and owe nothing. The pricing page explains why we are doing it this way.
It is built. Clinical data collection with the full set of measurement types, scheduling, billing through claim generation, payroll export, HR and PTO, credential tracking, a family portal and a mobile app for field staff. Beta means the price is unsettled and you are among the first practices running it, not that half the product is missing. The features page is the real inventory and the tour is the live version.
You get the exports described above, and they are available to you at any time from inside the platform rather than by request. That is worth checking on any vendor you evaluate, not only on a new one.
There is a self-serve import wizard: upload your current platform's exports, map the columns once, and review everything in a staging workspace before a single record goes live. Today it covers clients with their guardians, and authorizations with balances validated to the unit. Insurance details, program history and staff credentials are on the wizard's roadmap, so plan to spot-check those by hand for now. We will talk through what your migration looks like before you commit to anything.
Yes, and it is worth applying early. Running in parallel for a period is normal, and since your start date is agreed with you there is time to plan the cutover around your renewal rather than against it. Put the renewal date in the last box and we will work back from it.
No. There is no term, no minimum and no early termination fee, on the beta or afterwards. You pay monthly and you can stop. A term we would have to sue a practice to enforce is not a term worth having.
Yes. Billing is configured per payer, so the question that matters is which payers you bill, not where you sit. Tell us your state and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
We will tell you, and say why. Usually it is size or timing rather than anything about your practice, and we will let you know when the next cohort opens.
