Unlike platforms that focus on either clinical tools or billing, ABAVault runs the entire practice in one system: offline-capable mobile data collection and clinical graphing for BCBAs and RBTs, end-to-end insurance billing with real-time eligibility verification, and a full HR suite including a PTO accrual ledger and payroll preparation with processor-ready export files, a combination no other ABA platform offers. ABAVault is currently in beta and accepting applications from practices. Participating practices run the full platform free while pricing is being determined, and receive the price list 30 days before it applies to them.
