That is the honest state of things, so it is what this page says. ABAVault™ is in beta: the platform is free while we work out what it should cost, and you get 30 days notice in writing before any price applies to you.
Why a blank page beats a wrong number.
A price on a website is a promise. Publish one before you understand your own cost of service and you get to choose between two bad outcomes later: raise it and burn the practices who trusted you early, or hold it and slowly starve the product they depend on. We are not doing either.
Pricing ABA software badly is easy. Charge per seat and a practice gets punished for hiring the RBTs its clients need. Charge per client and a practice with heavy staffing subsidises one without. Both models are in wide use and both have real costs, which is exactly why we are not going to pick one from a spreadsheet and put it on a page an owner will hold us to in eighteen months.
The beta is how we find out. A small number of practices run real caseloads on it, we learn what the platform actually costs to run and what it actually saves, and the price list comes from that.

The platform is free for the whole beta, with no card on file and no invoice, and the beta months are never billed afterwards. When we do set a price you get it in writing 30 days before it applies to your practice. And if the number does not work for you, we hand you clean exports of everything and you owe us nothing.

Pricing FAQ
Why is there no price on the pricing page?
Because the pricing is not set. We would rather this page said so than carried a number we walk back later. The commitments in the beta terms are the part you can hold us to now, and none of them need a figure to be binding.
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. The entire platform, every module, no card on file and no invoice, for as long as the beta runs. The beta months are never invoiced retroactively.
What happens when you do set a price?
You get it in writing 30 days before it applies to your practice. If it does not work for you, you take clean exports of everything and owe nothing. There is no exit fee and no bill for the beta.
Will there be tiers or add-on modules?
Add-on packages, yes. Every practice gets the base plan, and the rest of the platform is sold in packages grouped by the work they cover, such as Revenue for billing and claims or Workforce for payroll export and HR. A practice that already bills through someone else does not pay for our billing. You add a package when you need it, and during the beta every package is included.
Are there implementation or onboarding fees?
Nothing during the beta. The self-serve import wizard is part of the platform: upload your current system's exports, map the columns once, review everything in a staging workspace, and go live on your own schedule. We will walk through what your migration involves before you commit to anything.
Is there a limit on locations or storage?
Locations are unlimited. Storage is generous rather than metered: clinical records and documents are included, and records for discharged clients are archived automatically and stop counting against anything. The one thing we ask you not to put in the document vault is video, because it is thousands of times larger than everything else and it would have to be priced separately.
Does the AI cost extra?
During the beta the AI package is free. After the beta it is its own package. How AI drafting works.
What about clearinghouse fees?
Standard eligibility checks are included. High-volume claim submission may carry per-claim clearinghouse pass-through costs, and we will show you the exact numbers before you commit to anything.
What does support look like?
